The mountain olive Tonda Iblea from Monte Iblei in south-eastern Sicily is appreciated by connoisseurs as one of the most intense olive varieties in Italy. Our organic olive oil DOP Monti Iblei, made exclusively from this one olive variety, has won international awards time and again. For the perfect end result, the still semi-ripe green olives must be carefully picked by hand from a steeply sloped crop location. They are then washed and processed into grassy green olive oil in hydraulic presses within a few hours. The naturally cloudy olive oil is then filtered. It has been awarded the IGP and DOP seals, the highest award for regionality and food quality in Italy.
We harvest sustainably where the earth is most fertile. We often produce by hand, carefully and carefully, where the high-quality raw materials come from. We do not use artificial additives or palm oil and instead use organic vegetarian products.
