Our products focus on the main flavour carrier of nuts. The nut creams all have a high nut content of at least 50% and a low sugar content. Add Fair Trade cocoa to each cream and sometimes rounded off with a little sea salt or Bourbon vanilla.
Production of the nut creams without palm oil
The nuts are gently roasted and then ground. They are then gently mixed with the other ingredients and processed into a cream for approx. 1.5 hours in a refining process at a low temperature at a maximum of 45 degrees Celsius. The finished cream is filled into glasses and then labelled by hand. Of course, all our nut creams are made without palm oil.

Our nut creams are sourced from sustainably operating organic farms in Sicily and Piedmont. The creams from Sicily are also vegan-certified. We only add milk to our hazelnut cream from Piedmont.
