Handmade panettone, made in a small bakery in Verona.
It is produced using its own yeast and a long dough run lasting over 48 hours.
Completely preservative-free, of course, but with the very best ingredients.
Panettone is a sweet bread with raisins and citrus fruits and has a soft, buttery texture.
The unique wheat sourdough is particularly noteworthy. It requires a particularly long fermentation time and therefore gets its classic mild sour taste. This fermentation gives the panettone its light consistency.
