    Bei der Auswahl unserer Rohstoffe achten wir besonders auf Qualität und Herkunft. Zahlreiche Rohstoffe stammen aus ihren traditionellen italienischen Anbaugebieten. Viele sind Bio-zertifiziert, einige zusätzlich durch DOP oder IGP ursprungsgeschützt.

    Je nach Produkt verwenden unsere Manufakturen auch Rohstoffe anderer Herkunft, wenn diese qualitativ überzeugen.

    We process our raw materials carefully, largely by hand. We do not use artificial additives or flavour enhancers.

    Most of our products are certified organic.

    We want to contribute to animal welfare and only produce vegetarian or vegan food.

    Genetic engineering and chemical-synthetic pesticides are taboo for us. In doing so, we contribute to the protection of soil and groundwater and to the preservation of biodiversity in nature.
