Tajarin all’ uovo are thin egg noodles, also known as tagliolini all’ uovo, with a delicate egg flavour.
Cook for approx. 2 minutes, stir in plenty of butter and season with fresh white Alba truffle to taste or drizzle with our truffle paste, truffle carpaccio or truffle oil and serve. Mushroom sauces (such as our truffle mushroom sauce) also go perfectly with these delicious tagliolini.
