Rock salt – from Sicily

Maturation time of over 5 million years. Quite a long time. This rock salt once rose from the waves of the ancient sea. Its double crystallisation – the hardening and separation of the crystals – gave the salt its white colour: to this day it is a sign of pure perfection.
