Our roasted IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont have a first-class consistency and an intense and persistent hazelnut aroma. The variety is called: ‘Tonda Gentile delle Langhe’.
These nuts are a great accompaniment to cheese platters with grapes or as an antipasti addition. Can also be chopped and roasted over pasta in a light sauce. Or on your own with a good glass of Italian wine on the couch.
