The lush Nocellara dell’Etna olives grow on the mineral-rich slopes of Monte Iblei on the south-eastern coast of Sicily. Carefully harvested by hand and pitted, they are processed with the very best DOP Monti Iblei olive oil to make our Paté di olive verdi.
