Fusilli – Gragnano Organic PGI

This delicious pasta is made from certified organic durum wheat semolina (100% Italiano) and fresh spring water with the utmost care. Made with bronze moulds and dried at low temperatures for over 60 hours until they reach the perfect golden brown colour. Produced by a family business in Gragnano, Napoli.

• The gold-brown colour and rough surface texture are particularly striking features of quality. This unique pasta retains its shape while cooking and has a pleasantly firm bite. In addition, the special semi-integral durum wheat semolina creates a highly aromatic and natural tasting experience. Thanks to the rough surface, they absorb particularly large amounts of sauce.
