Apple cider, cider vinegar and grape must are the three ingredients of our certified organic Balsamico di Mela. It owes its reddish colour to the apples.

• Organic apple juice (50%), organic grape must (20%), organic apple cider vinegar (30%)
• A wonderful combination of fruity sweetness and concentrated aromatic acidity.
• A different sweet-sour twist. On grilled vegetables, seafood and salad. For an unforgettable dessert, simply drip a few drops on a mascarpone ice cream. Two or three splashes of our apple balsamic vinegar make a cool glass of mineral water sparkle even finer.
