Our certified organic Aceto Balsamico Nero is a ‘Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP’. For maturation, the stewed juice of the Trebbiano grape is stored and fermented for at least 60 days in wooden barrels. This gives the balsamic vinegar its complex aroma, colour and bouquet.

    • Aceto Balsamico Nero IGP convinces with its bright deep brown colour and acidity of over 6%. It has a spicy, smoky aroma and a balanced, fruity flavour reminiscent of dried apricots and tamarind.
    • This balsamic vinegar can be used to conjure up delicious marinades for meat and fish dishes, as well as salad dressings. It is also essential for a Brasato al Barolo with balsamic onions. Spicy fried mushrooms can also be deglazed with balsamic vinegar. Add polenta – e buon appetito!
