Chilli oil

For 100 ml of our spicy olive oil, 35 g of Sicilian red peperoncino is used. This is put in fresh organic olive oil until the necessary spiciness has developed. Only then is the fiery red spice oil bottled.

• Extra virgin olive oil, red peperoncino from Sicily
• The spiciness of our peperoncino oil develops on the palate and lingers for a long time. The peppery aroma enhances the taste, while the fiery red colour enhances the dish.
• Two or three drops of this chilli oil are enough to spice up your dishes. Over pizza, pasta, marinades or steamed vegetables. But watch out! Always try first to see if it can take just one drop.
