Our blood orange jam is made from carefully selected organic tarocco oranges from Sicily. The oranges are harvested in February in the province of Catania and then boiled with dextrose for 3 hours. This jam contains only fresh blood oranges and dextrose – no pectin or preservatives.
Organic blood orange jam is produced in small batches using an organic process. The combination of fruity, sour and sweet is an experience for lovers of citrus jams.
