Di Bennardo Bio Nocellara IGP is made from 100% Nocellara del Belice olive variety. This variety grows in the province of Agrigento and in the Valle del Belice in southwestern Sicily. It is used for the production of olive oil and for normal consumption. During the harvest, the olives are carefully picked in October and pressed and processed in modern machines within a few hours. The fresh, cloudy olive oil is then filtered and bottled. It is also twice certified with the organic and IGP seal.
