• In this pesto, the ‘green gold of Sicily’ unfolds its impressive aroma. When combined with olive oil, the pistachios taste both sweet and tangy.
• In the Catania region, there is hardly a dish without pistachios: With fish, cooked in cream to make fresh pasta, with poultry, on a pizza or as an accompaniment to a tasty pecorino cheese. But it’s also very easy to enjoy on a slice of toasted bread.
