We have been cooking, frying, and sampling with joy. The results are quite impressive: Six unique sicilian Antipasti- delicacies, prepared with Zia Maria’s secret recipe. Allow yourself to be seduced by our tasteful creations and enjoy a genuine part of authentic Sicily. Our antipasti are ideally suited to accompany mediterranean dishes. Or you can simply enjoy them as appetizers with fresh bread. P.S.: The „peperonata da Ciccio“– is a dish dedicated by Aunt Maria to her brother Ciccio Di Bennardo. Even as a young boy he could never get enough of her very special pepper stew. Ciccio has now turned seventy but his heart still beats faster when Zia Maria goes to prepare peperonata for him.
