DI BENNARDO Superiore is one of the world´s most exclusive olive oils - there are only 999 bottles produced each year.

Production:

Labour-intensive production and careful handpicking on steep slopes 700 metres above sea level. The wild olive trees, which are more than 150 years old, draw many valuable flavours from the mineral-rich depths of the volcanic Sicilian soil.

Taste:

Intensive and tangy. Smells of rosemary, thyme, ripening tomatoes and lemons. Its finish offers hints of pine nuts and peppers.
